Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international locations. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or express shipping. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Product Integrity

Our supplements are carefully packaged to maintain product quality during transit. We do not ship during extreme weather conditions that could compromise product integrity. Orders may be temporarily held during heat waves or severe cold.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of order placement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
